With high and low phosphorous options available, our electroless nickel plating services can be used for all sorts of unique applications. Generally, our high phosphorous treatments will provide for excellent corrosion resistance. Keep in mind, treated materials generally have a Rockwell rating between 44 and 48 on the C scale, and are heat treatable to the high end of the 60s.

If your primary concern is hardness, we recommend our low phosphorus treatment. In this case, the Rockwell rating will rest between 58 and 62 on the C scale, and your materials will be heat treatable to the 70s.
